Tui Na Massage

Tui Na therapy refers in fact to a wide range of ancient Chinese medicinal practices, designed to target specific problems within the body. The two words literally mean 'push and pull' and the treatments involve acupressure, where the therapist uses their fingers instead of needles (as in acupuncture) to apply pressure to the body. Similar to other Chinese procedures, Tui Na is aimed at restoring the body's natural Qi energy flow and Yin Yang balance
